心理学から心動学へ

哲学者は思惟を通じて真理に挑むのに対し、フロイト、ユング、アドラー、ラカンら心理学者は人間の無意識を通じて真理に至ろうとする。無意識というブラックボックスから浮上する心の破片を集め、「心とは何か」すなわち「真理とは何か」を追い求める行為が心理学とも言える。

中でもラカンはとても興味深い。表象における意識を「自我」と言い、それは言うなればペルソナ（仮面）である。ペルソナが主体（本来の自己）を抑圧することにより様々な障壁が生まれる。ゆえに主体を無意識領域から意識領域に引き出せば、障壁は取り除かれ「自分自身の生き方」を見つけられると考える。

しかしそこで「ドーナッツの穴」問題にぶち当たる。

ドーナッツの輪っかの部分が自我の領域（言語領域）であり、真ん中の穴の部分が本来の自己である。穴だけを取り出すことができたなら、それは完璧な治療となるだろうがそうはいかない。なぜなら、輪っかがあってこそ穴ができるという・・・ドーナッツにおいて輪っかと穴は切り離せない。不二なのである。

今までの哲学者も心理学者も科学者もみな、ドーナッツの穴だけを取り出そうとしたが失敗に終わっている。ラカンの「主体（穴）を掴もうとすれば掴めない」と言うもどかしさが伝わってくるようだ。

ラカンのたどり着きたいゴールへの鍵は不二にある。すなわち、輪っか（自我）から穴（主体）を探すのではなく、輪っかそのものを放棄してしまう。そうすれば、穴だけがそこにずっとあったことに気づくだろう。

そのためには心理学ではなく、心の動きそれだけがある！以上！というシンプルな心動学になる必要がある。

From Psychology to Psychodynamics

While philosophers challenge the truth through thought, psychologists such as Freud, Jung, Adler, and Lacan try to reach the truth through the human unconscious. Psychology can be said to be the act of collecting the fragments of the mind that emerge from the black box of the unconscious and pursuing "what is Heart” or "what is the truth".

Lacan is particularly interesting. The consciousness in representation is called the "ego", which is, so to speak, the persona (mask). He says that various barriers are created when the persona suppresses the subject (the self). Therefore, he thinks that if the subject can be drawn out from the unconscious realm, the barriers will be removed and one can find one's own way of life.

But then he run into the "doughnut hole" problem.

The ring part of the doughnut is the ego realm (language realm), and the hole in the middle is the self. If we could just take out the hole, it would be a perfect treatment, but that is impossible. Because the hole exists only because of the ring...in a doughnut, the ring and the hole are inseparable. It is non-duality.

Philosophers, psychologists, and scientists until now have all tried to extract only the hole from the doughnut, but have all failed. I know Lacan's frustration when he says, "If I try to grasp the subject (the hole), I cannot grasp it."

The key to the goal Lacan wants to reach lies in non-duality. In other words, instead of searching for the hole (the subject) in the ring (the ego), abandon the ring itself. If you do that, you will realize that the hole has been there all along.

To do this, we need to move away from psychology and instead become a simple psychodynamics which is that there is only the movement of the mind!
